"Super-automatic" work station, suitable for fitting and removing
a wide range of tyres from passenger cars to LCVs 12"-30".
Maximum tyre diameter - 1200mm/47". Maximum tyre width - 410mm/16".
"The Boss" is equipped with a new design finger tool to remove tyre
bead without using the traditional tyre lever.
Without doubt this is the ultimate in tyre fitting technology.
We are delighted to announce that we are currently in the process of installing the very first "The Boss" tyre changer in the UK.
The machine will be installed at one of the most prestigious tyre company's
in the world.

Soft Touch Control Console
Ergonomic and adjustable. It allows control of each automatic movement
and positioning of the machine, through light touch of the buttons. |

Hydraulic Bead Breaking Rollers
High safety level in bead breaking thanks to the pressure dosage of
the rollers on the bead. The wheel vertical positioning allows the
operator to easily observe machine operations on both sides of the
tyre. |

Pneumatic Wheel Lift
Thanks to the high loading capacity and the sliding trolley, easy
positioning of the wheel on the locking chuck is allowed. It also
offers good support during mounting operations. |
| Automatic Finger Tool |

| The tool slides along the wheel and, thanks to the ingenious
system of retractable finger, allows removal of the tyre without the
use of bead-lifting lever. |
Accessories |
Locking kit for reverse rims |
|
This kit of cones allows locking of rims that, owing to their inner
groove position, must be locked on the chuck in reverse position.

PAX system mounting removing kit |
|
This kit is composed of rollers, levers and locking
clamps and it is approved for mounting and removing
PAX system tyres. |
