car wheels. Automatic cycle including braking. Electro-pneumatic stationary brake, operating through control panel. Automatic input of distance. Complete range of static and dynamic balancing programs. Functions ALU S and SPLIT. Optimisation program. Automatic minimisation of residual static unbalance. Four-operator program: the dimensions of four types of wheel can be stored. Thus four operators can work simultaneously on four different vehicles using the same balancing machine. Adjustable unbalance tolerance threshold. Self diagnosis and self-calibration. The built-in pneumatic lift, equipped with safety device, is a "soft action type" lift, that means the operator, using his own force, can lower the wheel by a few millimeters. This feature is extremely useful for good locking and centering of the wheel. |
