Semi Automatic Tyre Changer Conversion.

We have converted standard semi automatic tyre changers to racing tyre changers.
This modification has been designed for motorsport applications where space is at a premium, such as in the back of a mobile workshop.
Using a semi automatic machine for the modification frees up valuable workshop space as there is no tilt back mechanism.
Modifications to the machine include a pneumatically adjustable column to fit wider wheel widths, turntable modifications to accept bigger wheel diameters and bead breaker modifications to accept bigger wheel diameters. Another popular modification is the fitting of wheels and handles, to enable quick and easy maneuvering of the machine.
