AGEquipment Machine Re-Conditioning Service
In the late 70's early 80's, before we started to sell new tyre equipment, re-conditioning tyre bay equipment was our main business.
It was these years of stripping tyre machines down to the last nut and bolt, powder coating them and re building them that gave our small but dedicated team of engineers their in depth knowledge of tyre equipment.
Although our business is now primarily based around selling new equipment we do still re-condition tyre equipment.
We happen to think if you are on a budget, rather than buying a new cheap machine of questionable origin with no spares back up or meaningful warranty you may instead want to consider buying one of our re-conditioned tyre machines. Listed below are some of the machines we have is stock.
If you have an Italian manufactured tyre machine that's a bit long in the tooth we may be able to recondition the machine for you giving a new lease of life.
The Re-conditioning process includes the following:
Stripping the machine down to the last nut and bolt.
Carry out any repairs/welding that may be need
to repair the machine.
Replace worn seals.
Repair/replace any damaged parts.
Shot Blast Cabinet.
Powder Coat Cabinet.
Paint or clean as required all other components.
